The Provincial Government has scheduled a second increase to the minimum wage in Manitoba in 2023.

The increases started with a $1.55 increase to $13.50 on Oct. 1, 2022.
This was followed by a 65 cent increase to $14.15 on April 1, 2023.
A further $1.15 increase will occur on Oct. 1, 2023 to $15.30.
These increases project Manitoba to be top three in provincial minimum wages.

Do you have employee wages that will need to be increased because of the change in minimum wage? If so, now is the time to plan for the change. Planned wage increases and the hiring of new staff is managed within our Cash Management System we use with several of our clients.

If you have any questions on either of these reach out to us, we would be happy to explain how the system works.
