In response to the COVID-19 virus, the following measures are in place to both help protect staff, customers and all those who we work with and maintain our high level of service with minimal disruption.

Canada Revenue Agency has NOT extended any filing deadlines at this time.

In person meetings at our office will be postponed until at least Monday April 6 – as an alternative we are setting up video and phone conference meetings.
To avoid the need to drop off information packages inside our building we have the following options: Our web portal; drop box; email; our locked mail box outside the building; professional courier services.  Contact us to see what option is best for you.

Our staff continue to be available to respond to and meet your needs.  We have implemented protocols inside our office for those coming to the office and some are working remotely.

For our staff that attend customer work sites, we are asking our customers to accommodate working remotely if you can.  This can be achieved with remote access to the system or having a backup of the company file and paperwork available for our staff to work on off site.  For those that this is not possible we are asking you allow our staff to attend their work station and minimize direct interaction.  We are happy to work with you to put in place a solution to allow us to provide ongoing service and help mitigate the impact of COVID-19.

For the long term, we have been implementing an electronic data collection and recording system for a number of our customers over the past few months.  This system provides a very significant time savings and tension relief for our customers that currently collect paperwork, statements, receipts etc. for us to work with.  We are happy to discuss how this system works
.

Best of health to you and your family in these uncertain times.
